Memory Upgrade Guide

Is your PC running slow? Memory upgrades are about the cheapest upgrade that you can do to improve your computers performance drastically. This should be an easy tutorial to understand how you can put in your memory and determine what you have inside your computer. We have tried to make this an easy step by step guide to install SIMM and DIMM memory. SIMM memory slots are small and usually white in color. DIMM memory slots are longer in length and are usually black. When following this tutorial please do not skip anything, read carefully or it could end up costing you money.

I. Supplies needed

Supplies you need will be:

  • Memory
  • Phillips Screwdriver (should have)
  • Anti-static wrist strap (optional)
